I joined Coolair back in 2022 with no HVAC experience and very limited knowledge of the industry but over the past couple of years have expanded my knowledge and been promoted from an estimating and CAD role to compliance officer. In this current role I have responsibility for all Health & Safety matters across the company, reporting to the board on a quarterly basis.

When I’m not drafting up new H&S procedures or doing CAD drawings off duty you can find me doing field archery or walking my two German Shepherds.

The weekends and time off is spent shooting in competitions around my local area. Once I get home, I just can’t beat a relaxed evening with my family enjoying a Chinese and a glass of red!
