As an Aftersales Admin Assistant, I dive in to world of Services & Maintenance which is the other side of Coolair you may know less about.

My day to day role includes booking in maintenance and repairs, handing over work reports and managing the engineers diary and invoicing. I love the fast pace of my role, each day is like a roller coaster!

It may sound clichéd but my favourite thing about working for Coolair is definitely the people, everyone is so supportive and it overall is a really great company to work for.

I love to spend my spare time going on dog walks, spending time with my family and friends and am quite partial to a refreshing glass of Rose on the weekends!
