I’ve been Credit Control Manager at Coolair since 1990, and my job is a blend of financial responsibility and engagement with our clients. My day to day duties include opening new accounts, handling invoicing, chasing payments, and managing credit limits.

However the most important part of my job is building a relationship with customers so that wherever possible we can find a way to offer terms which are agreeable to both parties. In this job, good communication is crucial.

One of the highlights of working at Coolair is definitely the people. The team here is fantastic, and I love that I have the freedom to make decisions on my own initiative.

Outside of work, I’m all about enjoying life! I love going for long walks and exploring the great outdoors. There’s something so refreshing about being in nature. Plus, I enjoy socializing at my local pub with friends—there’s always a good laugh to be had!

If I could design my perfect day, it would be waking up to a breathtaking sea view on my favorite Greek island. Just imagine the sun shining, a gentle breeze, and the sound of waves in the background. I’d spend the day soaking up the sun, maybe with a good book or just enjoying the scenery. That sounds like a dream come true!
