‘’My knowledge has come on leaps and bounds since joining Coolair’’

Being the Payroll Manager at Coolair is a responsible role, but I enjoy on the buzz that comes with juggling multiple deadlines. My main focus is on processing the monthly payroll and managing subcontractor payments, but I also serve as the go-to person for any HR-related tasks.

I hold an ACIPP Advanced Payroll Technician certificate, which has really helped me understand the intricacies of payroll processing. I’m currently working towards the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, which I’m excited about because it will deepen my knowledge of HR practices and people management strategies.

My knowledge has come on leaps and bounds since joining Coolair, working for this company is an all rounder for me, and as an added bonus I get to work with my sister!

Outside of work, I love spending time with family, shopping, and going to the gym. My perfect day would be lounging by a pool, sipping a cocktail, and watching my boys have a blast!
