I officially joined Coolair Equipment in 1997 but my relationship with the company goes way back.

In the early 90’s I was part of their external audit team and after three years of working on site and getting to the accounts team well, I was offered a role within the business.

As Finance Director, there are three very broad strands to my role: running the national accounts team and taking responsibility for all the financial aspects of the business, managing the IT strategy and day to day IT issues and along side my fellow directors and shareholders, devising the long-term strategy for the company. Coolair has been around for over four decades. Its my job to make sure its still thriving in another 45 years.

One thing I can say for sure is that no two days are ever the same, there are always new projects and challenges on the horizon which keep things interesting. It’s a joy to work in a close company which has a family atmosphere and many long standing employees, trusted business partners and clients.

My time away from the office is filled mostly with travel and exercise and the best thing in the world is combining the two with yoga on the beach and swimming in the clear blue seas in Ibiza, my happy place.
