“When I joined the business my knowledge of the HVAC industry was limited to say the least, but everyone here roots for the rest of the team. I have learnt from the best.

“Now there isn’t much I don’t know about the industry. As office manager I am involved in all aspects of the business. Not only do I manage the team of engineers and sub-contractors operating out of our Manchester HQ, but I am also responsible for ordering kit from our manufacturers and ensuring this is delivered to the right place at the right time.

“I also liaise with our sales team to ensure labour is fairly allocated, and our account department to ensure invoices are produced accurately and on time.

“It’s a diverse role but one that brings with it a lot of job satisfaction.

“When I’m not managing our Manchester office, I love walking, exercising and socialising with friends – often with a glass or two of wine.”
